For non-pre-order items, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be delivered.

For preorder items, please expect to receive your items 7-14 days after the Drop Date

In both order types, a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. 

We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or forwarding addresses (including Aramex addresses) at this time.
